Office building pitched to investors for £1.2m

Unit E Pinewood

A portion of a large office building on a Birmingham business park is being marketed to potential investors.

GJS Dillon and KWB have been jointly appointed to market the 11,000 sq ft building at Woodgate Valley Business Park.

The business park is a busy site accommodating a range of businesses including Lander Automotive, Ishida Europe, TNA Europe Packaging and Heads and All Threads Fasteners.

The property in question is the 10,952 sq ft Unit E Pinewood, in Bell Heath Way. Its freehold is being offered for sale at £1.2m or for rent at guide prices of £10psf.

John Dillon, managing director of GJS Dillon, said: “This is a real opportunity for an investor or organisation looking to own or move into headquarters office accommodation close to the M5.”

Mark Robinson, director in KWB’s Office Agency team, added: “The office building provides predominantly open plan ground and first floor office accommodation, which could be easily divided into two. Purpose built in the 1990s the building has had only one occupier since its original construction.”
