Workspace provider Regus has opened a new business centre in Birmingham.

The 12,650 sq ft centre is located within Park House in Rubery, which is part of the Longbridge regeneration scheme.

The centre has been equipped with more than 160 workstations which can be tailored to suit specific requirements, plus a co-working space, approximately 75 offices of varying sizes, Virtual Office services and meeting room facilities.

The office provider has chosen the location to capitalise on the strong demand within the area, which is close both to the city centre, and Birmingham Airport.

Richard Morris, UK CEO, Regus, said: “We expect (the centre) to be popular with a range of professionals and companies of all sizes.

“The Longbridge development scheme has already made a positive impact on the regional economy, and the area is fast being established as a thriving business destination. We see it as a prime spot for companies looking for a well-connected base in the Midlands, so it is a natural fit for our flexible workspace proposition.”
