Management changes at Jaguar Land Rover

Rawdon Glover has become the new MD of Jaguar Land Rover UK

Glover joined Jaguar Land Rover in 2013 after 19 years in other companies in the automotive industry.

For the last five years he has been the global director for services

On his new role Glover said: ” I am delighted to be taking the role of managing director for Jaguar Land Rover UK at such an exciting time for the industry. There is so much opportunity to take advantage of our electric revolution alongside the introduction of exciting new vehicles and continued development of our retailer network. I can’t can’t to get started.”

Glover’s appointment is only one part of a significant restructure of its marketing, sales service and PR team.

Global communications director Anthony Bradbury will become the UK marketing director.

Scott Dicken will now become the UK sales director.

The business is starting a new global commercial function split into five areas.

They are Customer Experience, Product Marketing, Market Performance, Customer Service and Planning.

Former UK MD Jeremy Hicks will now become the global market performance director.

Hicks said: ” We have achieved so much over the past six and a half years and I have had the honour to work with a first-class team. I am also delighted to be taking on this new global assignment at a time when we are seeking to capitalise on the manyn opportunities presented to us to develop our performance across the world.”

Hicks’ new role will include leading network development and standards, the training academy and revenues from fleet and pre-owned sales.
