Edgbaston expansion for employment support specialist

An employment support specialist has expanded by taking space at the at landmark Edgbaston building.

Hive360, based in Harborne, has taken space within Opus Land and Palmer Capital’s 54 Hagley Road.

Hive360 has taken a ten-year lease for the eighth floor of the West Wing, which provides around 5,177 sq ft of office space for the business to expand into.

54 Hagley Road is a Grade A building that has a variety of high specification suites available to let from 959 to 3,900 sq ft.
