£2.5m refurbishment of Hay Hall completed
Hay Hall Distribution Hub in Birmingham is the latest addition to Birmingham’s business infrastructure following its £2.5m refurbishment by FI Real Estate Management (FIREM).
FIREM has been in the real estate and asset management business for 30 years and now employs more than 300 staff.
The new hub has been specifically reconfigured to meet current market demands and its 96,488 sq ft of space can be split up to offer 34,898 sq ft and 61,550 sq ft. The refurbishment of Hay Hall also included the creation of a dedicated yard with up to 750kVa Power, 24/7 manned guarding and 24/7 and extensive additional modernisation.
Hay Hall’s excellent location provides easy access to Birmingham airport, the city centre and the wider Midlands region.

Hay Hall’s refurbishment was carried out by the principal contractor Clad It, whose director Ian Morrison said:”It has been a pleasure working with FI Real Estate Management on this large scale roofing and cladding project.
