The Harborne development by St Philips

Birmingham-based land promoter and developer St Philips has launched its first development in Harborne since its recent expansion into residential construction.

Harborne Place comprises seven five-bedroom properties in the Birmingham suburb.

Managing director Daniel Le Neveu said: “We are delighted to be developing our figurehead project in such a sought-after location right in the heart of leafy Harborne. Our residential sites currently under construction range in size from three to five bedroom properties, and this outstanding development will stand as a marker for the quality of homebuilding that we at St Philips Homes are committed to bringing to all of our projects, no matter the location or budget.”

The business said it has been able to quickly meet increasing demand for bespoke homes in the region due to the strength and success of its holding company St Philips.

Le Neveu added: “It is a great pleasure to see St Philips expanding at such a pace and we are looking forward to bringing our first class service and execution from land delivery to upcoming residential projects. 2018 has been a hugely exciting year for the group so far as we have watched our business grow from strength to strength, and with an experienced team and strong land portfolio, residential development was an inevitable and necessary next step for us.”

Established in 2013 by the former group development director at Persimmon Homes, St Philips specialises in the promotion and delivery of all types of land for residential and mixed use development. Its current portfolio comprises over 52 sites and a gross development value of over £3.5bn.
