Noodle bar chain expands again

Pan-Asian noodle bar chain Chop and Wok has launched a venue in Erdington, creating nine jobs.

With seven stores now open across Birmingham, the latest opening on York Road represents a £40,000 investment.

The Birmingham-based franchise which started in 2009 said it is planning on opening an additional four stores this year, with some extending outside of Birmingham.

A spokesperson for Chop and Wok said: “The Erdington store has been carefully planned for six months and now that the doors are open it has gone above and beyond our expectations and we are really looking forward to the future and what it holds.”
