Warwickshire-based mortgage broker CAPC Commercial is set to double its workforce after a move to larger premises in Alcester.

Commercial property agents John Truslove sold CAPC its new home at 7 Arrow Court on the Springfield Business Park, advising on the deal in which the mortgage broker bought 1,118 sq ft of office space from a private investor for £130,000.

The move from its former offices in Stratford will see CAPC aiming to employ a number of new team members in the coming months as it continues to expand its business.

Chris Hewitt, business principal at CAPC, said: “We are extremely excited about the move.

“A large percentage of our client base is in Stratford-upon-Avon but with our new office location we look forward to providing our services to local areas such as Alcester, Redditch, Worcester and Evesham.”

Founded in 2011 with one employee, CAPC has so far grown to a team of ten, including three specialist brokers, a commercial mortgage arm and support staff, and the move gives it space to double in size.

Ben Truslove, a director at Redditch-based John Truslove, said: “It’s really encouraging to see CAPC doing so well, growing and preparing to take on so many new staff.

“We were delighted to agree a deal the offices at Arrow Court, which gives CAPC the space it needs for expansion. It is vital that a growing company like this has the high quality premises it needs to cater for both its existing operations and its plans for expansion.”
