IM Properties to invest £5m in building refurbishment
IM Properties is investing £5m in the refurbishment of a 54,000 sq ft office building at Blythe Valley Park to bring to market to the largest standalone Grade A office building currently available on the M42.
The investment follows the recent letting success of both Trigen and One Central Boulevard, attracting companies including Gymshark, PKF Cooper Parry, Wavenet and GKN Aerospace to Blythe Valley Park.
