Top 50 law firm launches in Birmingham

Top 50 law firm Penningtons Manches is setting up shop in Birmingham and has appointed a prominent real estate lawyer from Pinsent Masons to launch a new commercial property offering.

Joel Kordan, previously a partner at the Birmingham office of Pinsent Masons, joins Penningtons Manches as a partner with extensive commercial and residential development experience.

He has particular expertise in acting for family offices on a range of investment and development matters. He also has extensive experience in the automotive, rail and retail sectors having acted on a number of large-scale transactions for multinationals and public sector organisations.
