Nuneaton stores to close as Philip Green’s Arcadia Group enters CVA

Two Nuneaton stores are to close as part of attempts to save Sir Philip Green’s retail empire from administration. The Arcadia Group’s Topshop and Topman sites in Nuneaton will shut as part of the planned closure of 23 stores across the UK. In total, 520 jobs are at risk across the retail outlets. In addition to the closures, the group has organised Company Voluntary Arrangements, which will see the rents cut at 194 stores.
