People: GJS Dillon appoints new director; Together expands corporate team; Tisski appoints sales director

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has expanded with the appointment of a new Director of Asset Management.

Adam Jones joins the Chartered Surveyors practice, which has offices in Worcester, Bromsgrove and Droitwich, from a small privately-owned property company in the West Midlands.  At GJS Dillon he will work closely with Managing Director John Dillon and Property Manager Michelle Whitehead to grow its property and asset management department.

GJS Dillon manages more than 80 office, retail and industrial properties and developments, with a combined area in excess of 250,000 sq ft across Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands.

Together has made a series of senior appointments to expand its corporate relationships team.

It has more than doubled the size of the team with two additional corporate relationship directors and two corporate relationship support managers in response to fast-growing demand for its flexible secured lending products.

The new appointments include Sonia Mann and Andrew Fouli who join as Corporate Relationship Directors in the Midlands and London respectively.

Geoff Walton and Kathy Murphy Hunter have been appointed support managers as the business continues with its ambitious growth strategy.

 


 

Kenilworth-headquartered technology consultancy Tisski has appointed a new Sales Director following a period of rapid growth, which has seen turnover rise significantly during the past 12 months.

Dan Coupland has over 20 years’ experience developing sales and marketing strategies for Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, cloud infrastructure and data solutions.

He joins Tisski from data platform and analytics specialist Altius, having also previously worked at IMGROUP and Trinity Expert Systems.
