Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza is set to open in Birmingham on July 15.

The 100 cover restaurant at 9-10 Bennitts Hill will be a walk in restaurant only, similar to its sister venues in Ancoats and Peter Street, Manchester.

“We are overwhelmed with the response we have had so far from the people of Birmingham”, said Gavin Curtis, general manager at Rudy’s Birmingham.

“We are passionate about following Neapolitan traditions, which makes Rudy’s Pizza what it is today. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Rudy’s Birmingham”.

Rudy’s was founded in Ancoats urban village, Manchester in 2015.

The immediate success led to a second site opening in Manchester, on Peter Street, in 2017, and last year the chain expanded further when it opened venue number three in Liverpool.
