Traffic Alert: Crash and overturned HGV closes A38

The A38 is closed in both directions, between the A513 near Fradley and B5016 near Burton on Trent due to a crash and an overturned HGV.

Around 40 tonnes of grain has been spilled in the carriageway.

Traffic is diverted:-

Northbound – follow the hollow triangle symbol – via the A513 to Kings Bromley, the A515 to Yoxall and B5016 to return to the A38.

Southbound – follow the solid square symbol – via the routes listed above (in reverse order).
