A Mini development in Birmingham city centre is being maxed up, with plans drawn up that add five storeys to its height.
Prosperity Wealth has revised up its plans for a 165-apartment scheme close to the Paradise and Arena Central developments.

The alterations have been made after discussions with Birmingham City Council’s planning officers.
In June Prosperity withdrew a planning application for the demolition of the existing Mini garage.
