The Ticket Factory in pole position with Autosport International deal

Autosport International has extended its nine-year consumer ticketing partnership with The Ticket Factory, the official box office for the NEC, Arena Birmingham and Resorts World Arena, ahead of the 30th anniversary of the motorsport show at the NEC.

The Ticket Factory will continue to power ticket operations through a white label site for the show, which is a part of the Motorsport Network family. This will be alongside managing a range of support services including marketing, customer care, web development and customer segmentation and insights.

Richard Howle, director of Ticketing at The Ticket Factory said: “We are delighted to extend our long-standing ticketing partnership with Autosport International at the NEC.

“Over the past nine years we’ve helped Autosport International connect with thousands of new fans and build an engaged and enthusiastic fan base. More people are returning to their events year on year, and it’s our job to make their ticket buying experience as fast and simple as possible.”

Katie Rix, from Autosport International, added: “The Ticket Factory is an agent you can really rely on – extremely important with the number of visitors we have on site at any one time.  To celebrate our 30th birthday with them and our hosts, the NEC, is fantastic, and we look forward to working with them again.”
