Dental practice under new ownership following funding deal

A West Midlands dental practice has purchased a surgery in Bedworth following a funding boost.

Prestige Dental Services, which has three practices in the Walsall area, has bought the North Warwickshire practice on Church Way in Bedworth.

The business was established in 1989 and employs 15 staff.

The family owned business offers a range of traditional dental services as well as cosmetic services including fillers and teeth whitening.

Director Yasser Altaf said: “It has always been our ambition to expand our practices into the Warwickshire area and the purchase of this practice aligns to our plans for the future expansion of the business. It has a good reputation and something we will continue to try and build on in the future.”

Funding for the purchase was provided by Barclays.
