First look inside Timber Yard development

New images have been released of the apartments at Timber Yard, Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital’s residential development in Birmingham’s Southside.

Timber Yard comprises 379 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, plus around
10,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space for retail/leisure use.

On-site amenities include concierge service, gym, screening room, residents’ club lounge and under croft car parking.

Launched at the back end of 2018, more than half (65 per cent) of the scheme is forward sold, with sales totalling £57m. As a result of the success of the first two phases, the developers are releasing the final phase of 67 apartments on three floors of the west block.

Construction of the Timber Yard is well underway, with the concrete frame of the East Block up to the seventh floor. Completion is scheduled for 2021.
