Tenants sought for Black Country warehouse

A new occupier is being for a Black Country warehouse.

With demand for industrial stock within the region long having outstripped supply, Tom Morley of Harris Lamb’s agency team said he was anticipating high levels of interest from businesses keen to secure the Tipton property.

With an area of 15,274 sq ft, Units 4 and 5 on Bloomfield Park offer extensive warehouse space, as well as two-storey offices and an additional mezzanine floor extending to 983 sq ft.

The business is acting on behalf of an existing tenant at the Bloomfield Road park, women’s fashion retailer Club L, to let the building.

Morley said: “The demand for good quality commercial stock within the Black Country is not abating, and with its position on a well-appointed estate in the heart of the region, we are confident that there will be a number of prospective occupiers keen to secure this opportunity very quickly.

“Located close to both Junction 2 of the M5 and Junction 10 of the M6, the building offers easy access to the UK motorway network, and benefits from 6m eaves, a 10-space dedicated car park to the front of the property, and a loading yard to the rear.

“The building itself is well-maintained on an established, well-managed commercial estate and presents businesses with a rare opportunity to secure a prime Midlands industrial address.”
