Final warehouse unit on industrial estate up for grabs

Siddall Jones and Mint Property Developments are now offering the final warehouse unit on the Park Rose industrial estate just off Middlemore Lane in Smethwick.

Hawthorns 70, the 70,280 sq ft modern warehouse distribution facility, is located just off Junction 1 of the M5 and near to the M5/M6 interchange.

The new build unit sits on it own 3.5 acre plot within the Park Rose development and forms part of what was once 6 ½ acres of derelict land.

Edward Siddall-Jones, director of Siddall Jones, said: “We were delighted to partner with Mint Developments on this project. It helps to fill the current gap in the industrial market by providing medium size units.

“The estate has current refurbishment plans to become a dominant distribution, warehouse and manufacturing hub within the Black Country and we have already secured a number well know occupiers to the estate including Loxam Access, Geo Amey and At-Pac. With its close proximity to junction 1 and the wider motorway network we are confident the estate will be of interest to a number of distribution companies looking for satellite and last mile logistic centres.”
