Tenants sought for industrial units at enterprise park scheme

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has been appointed joint agents with Langtree to let a variety of industrial units at Sapphire Court in Bromsgrove Enterprise Park.

Phase 1 Sapphire Court comprises 13 individual steel portal industrial/warehouse units.

Currently available are Unit C2 which measures 2,440 sq ft and units F2 and F3 measure 2,451 sq ft and 2,378 sq ft respectively. The units are available on a new business lease for a term of years to be agreed.

Bromsgrove Enterprise Park is to the south of Bromsgrove town centre with access to the A38 and is approximately 12 miles from Worcester city centre and 13 miles from Birmingham city centre.
