Resorts World to welcome Vietnamese restaurant

Resorts World is adding authentic international flair to its line-up of restaurant brands with family-run local independent Vietnamese Street Kitchen.

The venue will open on the first floor of the destination, strengthening its variety of restaurants including Miller & Carter, Zizzi and most recently, Five Guys.

Resorts World will be restaurant number two for Vietnamese Street Kitchen, following its inaugural opening in Brindleyplace earlier this year.

The restaurant is working with Birmingham-based interiors firm Faber, whose previous work includes Michelin starred restaurant Adam’s, along with their second venue The Oyster Club and Kilder Bar by Original Patty Men.

Oliver Ngo, managing director, said: “We are delighted to be opening a second location so soon. We have seen that Birmingham has a real appetite for Vietnamese food and we’re so happy to be expanding our flavours into the wider West Midlands foodie scene.”

Ian Bennett, operations director for Resorts World, said: “We’re so thrilled to be adding new flavours to our restaurant mix here at Resorts World as well as supporting the expansion of an independent local business. Located in an ideal spot right next door to Cineworld and opposite our casino, Vietnamese Street Kitchen will further satisfy our guests’ desire for dining variety during their visit, day or night.”
