Healthcare recruitment firm brought back from the brink

A Birmingham-based healthcare recruitment firm is celebrating a turnaround after a £400,000 finance deal helped it go from administration to success in six months.

A financial issue with a client pushed Brookes HC Recruitment to the brink but specialist asset-based lender Ultimate Finance supported the company through administration, providing it with a £400,000 invoice finance facility to guide the the firm through the difficult period .

Ultimate Finance’s invoice finance facility is also helping to alleviate the pressures of running a business by also providing a back-office facility including chasing outstanding payments and managing candidate payroll administration.
