Offices on Worcester trading estate sold in £300,000 deal
An office and workshop building on a Worcester trading estate has been snapped up by Initium Holdings for over £300,000.
Having been instructed by Dolphin Computer Access to place the freehold opportunity on the market, commercial agents at Harris Lamb said there was significant interest in the property.
The 4,655 sq ft property, units 96C and 96D on the Blackpole Trading Estate West, was purchased by Midlands-based property company Initium Holdings for more than £300,000.
