Developer reveals new images of £260m Digbeth scheme

Developer Cole Waterhouse has revealed new images of its £260m scheme in Digbeth.

The firm says it has a “vision for a new cultural, commercial and residential neighbourhood” on Upper Trinity Street. For the last year Cole Waterhouse says it has been working with local groups and businesses to work up plans and is set to launch a public consultation before submitting a planning application.

The developer has assembled the 3.5-acre site, which occupies a prominent position off Upper Trinity Street and Adderley Street, from five individual landowners.

The consultation took place on Friday 7 February at the Engine Room in Digbeth from 3pm.
