Jobs lost as heavy plant parts firm goes under
A Willenhall company which specialised in replacement and spare parts for excavator machinery has gone into administration with the loss of 21 jobs.
Simon Chandler and Scott Bevan of Mazars have been appointed as joint administrators of ITS Trac.
The company had two sites – one in Willenhall, and the other in Bishop Sutton in Hampshire.
After a period of marketing the business and assets for sale with no success, the directors said they had no alternative but to place the company into administration with the staff being made redundant.
Chandler said: “The company was long-established and well known in its field. It is unfortunate that after a few challenging years, the company was unable to refinance the business or complete a sale.”
