Both Tim and Paul have spent time in both the boardroom – and the bootroom.

Tim is the chairman of Birmingham-based signage and graphics supplier Hollywood Monsters – a UK leader in its field. He was also CEO of Birmingham Ladies, who, under his stewardship, were on of the top women’s teams in England.

Paul is the chief executive of the Greater Birmingham Chambers Commerce. Paul has also been CEO at Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest. He is also the current chairman of Sport Birmingham.

Tim said: “No matter what sector you’re from, whether the bootroom or boardroom, success is strangely identical. However success is not easy.”

“Running a football team is like that of running a business. The Board sets the strategic objectives, culture and values and the manager delivers them by employing the right people in the right positions, with a responsibility to measure and review, coach and mentor, and motivate the team to a successful outcome.”

Both Paul and Tim will join us for an event that will delve into the world of business and sport – and discover where the two meet.

Book your tickets today for what promises to be a fascinating event.
