More details emerge of 40-plus storey Paradise residential scheme

TheBusinessDesk.com understands that an impact assessment has been undertaken for a 40-plus storey tower at Argent’s Paradise scheme in Birmingham city centre.

The two options currently under consideration include a part-28, 39 and 42 storey tower or a single octagonal tower of some 47 levels.

A planning application is set to be submitted in June, but both options will bring forward more than 320 apartments.

TheBusinessDesk.com exclusively broke the news about the residential element of Paradise earlier this year when Argent’s Rob Groves told TheBusinessDesk.com that Argent will look to demolish 77 Paradise Circus and start on site with the residential element in early 2021.
