AO World signs for 115,000 sq ft distribution unit

A 115,000 sq ft industrial unit in Stafford has been let to AO World.

Trebor Developments and PATRIZIA have let the Triton development at Redhill Business Park.

The unit owned by PATRIZIA Hanover PUT has been let to Expert Logistics, part of the AO World group of companies, which has taken immediate occupation of the building.

Rod Mordey, director of PATRIZIA, said: “We are delighted to welcome AO World to this established distribution location. AO’s immediate occupation will help maintain the fund’s income during this otherwise difficult time”.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner of Trebor, said: “We are still doing deals across the UK not withstanding the lockdown. This deal was agreed and contracted in four weeks and sees the building in immediate occupational use. We are delighted to welcome AO.”
