Property manager secures appointment on Calthorpe Estate scheme

Mainstay Residential has been appointed to manage the Kenilworth Court development in Edgbaston, further expanding its integrated property management portfolio.

The residential property management arm of Mainstay Group will be responsible for property and facilities management at the site.

The Kenilworth Court development is situated on the Calthorpe Estate and boasts local amenities including Birmingham’s Botanical Gardens and the Edgbaston Village, which includes retail, leisure and dining facilities.

Gillian Stanley, area property manager at Mainstay, said: “We are truly excited to be working on such a stunning development packed with history in such a beautiful suburb. The scheme, which was constructed in the 1930’s, is made up of 52 apartments in five blocks.
