Plans submitted for transformation of Jewellery Quarter site

How the scheme will look

A prominent site in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter is set to be transformed, with planning submitted for the redevelopment of Cornwall House.

Property developer HBD has revealed plans that will see the site redeveloped into apartments.

The new building, designed by BPN Architects, will also include ground floor commercial space.

Simon Raiye of HBD, said: “This scheme will deliver 95 new apartments in one of the city’s most popular neighbourhoods – design and quality will be the absolute focus. Both the design and our plans for the site have been really well received and we’re looking forward to getting started.”
