Facilities management and engineering company buys new premises

A Birmingham-based facilities management and engineering company has secured a £1m finance package to help purchase a new commercial property as it continues to grow and meet increased demand from its customers.

3D Facilities Support has used part of the funding from from HSBC UK to move to a new unit seven times larger than its old premises in Boldmere.

The new property in Sutton Coldfield is around 8,000 sq ft.

Part of the funding has also enabled the business to fit the premises out with open plan office space, individual offices, a board room, training room, alongside a warehouse and on-site parking.

3D Facilities Support delivers building maintenance and support programmes for its customers across a variety of sectors, including education, retail, hospitality and automotive.

Neil Davis, managing director of 3D Facilities Support, said: “We are proud to have continually offered and maintained our service provision throughout this challenging period. Thanks to the support from our Relationship Manager at HSBC UK, Sarah Eyles, the platform we now have, including the new business premises, skilled workforce and company culture, will enable us to facilitate business growth for years to come.”
