While wellbeing has always been of paramount importance at Alpha Works, the last few months have been focused on ensuring that members have everything they need to continue to run their businesses.
The team recognise that the role of office space has changed significantly this year. It is no longer just a place to work, it is also a symbol of social interaction, a place to reunite with likeminded people, and an opportunity to enjoy facilities that you just don’t get at home (hello birds eye views of the city and good coffee).

The team understand that returning to the office after so long at home may well cause some anxiety, which is why a range of measures have been introduced to reflect current Government guidelines and protect the community.
The shared office space has been redesigned to improve capacity management, with notices on the maximum number of people using the lifts, increased space between work stations and floor markings added to aid social distancing.
Cleaning has been increased across the floors; hand sanitizing stations are at every Hot-Desk bank and high touch points are a high priority for the cleaning team.
As per the Government’s guidelines, Alpha Works is also track and trace compliant, recently introducing a track and trace compatible QR code to make the system as convenient as possible.
