Global IT specialist signs up to 102,000 sq ft speculatively developed unit

An IT specialist has signed up to a 102,000 sq ft unit in Cannock.
Trebor Developments and Kay Properties Midlands have completed the letting of their speculatively developed facility to TES on a long term lease.
TES is an IT lifecycle company, providing end-to-end commissioning, deployment and retirement of information technology assets.
With 40 other locations across 20 countries, the Rapida development will be the home of its European headquarters following a period of substantial growth.
Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Trebor Developments, on behalf of Trebor Developments/Kay Properties Midlands, said: “Another major letting completed over the last 6 weeks. This comes on the back of other industrial units in Cannock having also been let or sold over the same period, which all in total represent over 600,000 sq ft of industrial space take-up, all newly built. This provides an excellent long term investment for Kay Properties.”
Trebor Developments/Kay Properties Midlands were represented by Knight Frank, JLL and Bulleys.
