Green light for Stratford-upon-Avon housing scheme

Plans for almost 100 houses in Stratford-upon-Avon have been given the green light.

Part of the larger Meon Vale project, which aims to create a village featuring over 1,000 residential properties alongside a community centre, convenience store, primary school as well as sports and leisure facilities, Redrow Midlands’ Poets Grange development will comprise 97 homes.

Poets Grange is set to launch in May 2021.
