Dental clinic expands into region with Solihull deal

EVO Dental, which has clinics in Liverpool and Heathrow, is set to open a site in Solihull specialising in jaw realignment.

Acting on behalf of the landlord Topland Group, Cushman & Wakefield along with Avison Young have completed the letting of space at 31 Homer Road to the company.

EVO Dental has signed a 10-year lease on 4,155 sq ft of Grade A refurbished office space on the ground floor. The space will be fitted out as a state-of-the-art dental clinic.

31 Homer Road is located in Solihull town centre and comprises around 60,000 sq ft of grade A office space and is home to occupiers including Instant Group, CGI and BPG.

David Rigby of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office agency team in Birmingham, said: “We are really pleased to get this deal across the line in challenging times and are delighted to welcome EVO Dental to 31 Homer Road. EVO is a growing business which has performed well during what has been a difficult 12 months. I believe this practice will be a great success given the quality of the building and its location close to the Town Centre and to the railway station. We now only have one vacant suite remaining in the building on the ground floor, measuring 3,405 sq ft and benefitting from its own self-contained entrance.”

Nick Jaye, representing the owner Topland, added: “This letting is testament to the strength of Solihull as a town and we are sure that EVO Dental will make this new venture a success.”
