Grade II-listed Georgian mansion on exclusive Birmingham estate sells for £1.32m

A modernised and extended Georgian mansion on the Calthorpe Estate in Birmingham has been sold for £1.32m.

Davidson Estates has completed the sale of the Grade II-listed, five-bedroomed property on an exclusive residential cul-de-sac at 36 Frederick Road in Edgbaston.

Ben Davidson, director of Davidson Estates which is also based on Frederick Road, with a branch in the city centre, said: “This was a beautifully restored and extended property.

“This attracted a lot of interest despite the latest COVID-19 lockdown and we were able to quickly agree a sale in January, which has now been fully completed.”
