The inventively-designed building will also feature a ground floor public arcade.

A statement from Ridge and Partners said: “The building will be the first step in creating Aston’s Destination Campus, enhancing connectivity between the city and Knowledge Quarter and developing its vibrant academic heart.”

The architects on the scheme are Hawkins Brown, Hoare Lee, Price & Myers and Exterior Architeture.
