Self-storage company announces major expansion in Solihull

Following the success with its Solihull launch in 2020, self-storage company Space Station has announced the opening of its next phase with a 24,000 sq ft expansion at the site on Highlands Road.

Ready to rent from March 2021, the new site features 250-270 units, new lifts, and flexible office space.

Having launched the original site in August 2020, the company says the second phase comes following high demand, with some unit sizes already selling out and others being reserved from March onwards.

Elena Koroleva, regional manager at Space Station, said: “We are proud to have been able to provide our services, be that self-storage or our free removals, to the people of Solihull safely through various lockdowns and restrictions.

“Our essential business and keyworker customers have been able to access their units when needed thanks to the 24/7 free access, safe in the knowledge that we are deep cleaning the store and all communal areas twice every day.
