Telford surveying company snapped up by national firm

Telford-based mobile mapping, 3D modelling and geomatic surveying company, Severn Partnership, has been bought by construction and infrastructure firm Munnelly Group.

The acquisition of Severn Partnership is the eighth acquisition for the Munnelly Group. Severn Partnership will be governed by the Munnelly Group board of directors but will operate as a separate company within the group.

Munnelly Group was advised by partner Alasdair Outhwaite and senior associate Matthew Judge of the Manchester office of international law firm DWF Law with financial due diligence, tax and transactional support provided by leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM led by James Wild and James Jarvis.

Anne Scheland led the team at solicitors Hillyer McKeown who provided legal advice to the sellers with Bernadette Wilson of accountants Crowe UK providing financial advice.

Carbon Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Severn Partnership.
