A 206,424 sq ft warehouse building in Tewkesbury is available to let.

COMPAS5, in Ashchurch, includes a triple bay warehouse facility as well as a two-storey office block, yard areas and a large separate car park.

The property is situated within the Ashchurch employment area and is being marketed by leading property consultancy Fisher German along with joint agents CBRE.
