The site was previously home to Toys ‘R’ Us before it went into administration. Now, the JV wants to redevelop it and it looking to turn it into a logistics hub.

Goliath is made up of 646,500 sq ft of warehouse space with an additional 19,500 sq ft of office accommodation. It also has 59,000 sq ft of mezzanine space.

Property Week says that DTRE acted for the joint venture, while JLL acted for the Toys ‘R’ Us administrators.
