A luxury apartment in the Snow Hill Wharf canalside development in Birmingham’s Gun Quarter has been snapped up.

The sale by Davidson Estates, the estate and letting agency with offices in Edgbaston and Birmingham city centre, is its first for Berkeley Homes.

Snow Hill Wharf is a collection of high-end apartments in five buildings set in three landscaped gardens alongside a revitalised waterway, due for completion in the early summer of this year.

The development is a five-minute walk away from both Colmore Row and St Paul’s Square in the Jewellery Quarter.
