One of Birmingham city centre’s most sought-after apartments snapped up
A luxury apartment in the Snow Hill Wharf canalside development in Birmingham’s Gun Quarter has been snapped up.
The sale by Davidson Estates, the estate and letting agency with offices in Edgbaston and Birmingham city centre, is its first for Berkeley Homes.
Snow Hill Wharf is a collection of high-end apartments in five buildings set in three landscaped gardens alongside a revitalised waterway, due for completion in the early summer of this year.
The development is a five-minute walk away from both Colmore Row and St Paul’s Square in the Jewellery Quarter.
Ben Davidson, managing director of Davidson Estates, said: “It’s really exciting to be involved in the marketing of such prime properties, and we’re delighted to have already made our first sale.
“Snow Hill Wharf is an exciting addition to the city centre’s residential offerings, enabling new owners to live right in the heart of the city and enjoy the thrills of canalside living.
“The complex is also close to Birmingham’s fantastic array of shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and theatres.
“Each apartment benefits from an exclusive 24-hour concierge service and residents-only facilities, including a gym, sauna, steam room, cinema and lounge.
“Another of its attractions is that it’s just minutes away from major transport connections at Snow Hill, New Street and the forthcoming High Speed 2 terminal stations.”
Lucy Darby, sales manager at St Joseph Homes, a subsidiary of Berkeley Homes, said: “We’re delighted at Davidson Estates’ efforts that have resulted in the sale of another of our stunning homes in this development.”
