Post-lockdown optimism fuels growing interest in Bond Wolfe Auctions’ commercial lots

Commercial property features strongly in Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next online live-streamed sale later this month.

The catalogue of 236 lots means that the auction on Wednesday May 19 will once again start at 8.30am to accommodate the fast growing interest in Bond Wolfe Auctions’ properties across the UK.

Ian Tudor, managing director of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “We are seeing growing interest in commercial lots from across the UK and further afield. Indeed, we recently sold a commercial property for £1m to a Hong Kong investor.
