Rosa’s Thai Cafe reveals opening date in Birmingham

The latest addition to the food scene at Paradise Birmingham, Rosa’s Thai Cafe, will be opening its doors next week.

Located at Two Chamberlain Square overlooking Town Hall and Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, reservations for the 80-cover restaurant, which opens on May 18, are now live online.

To celebrate the opening, all guests at Rosa’s Birmingham can enjoy 50% off their food bill from Tuesday 18 – Friday 21 May as part of a soft launch.

Rosa’s Thai Cafe was launched in 2008 by renowned chef Saiphin Moore and her husband Alex, and the restaurant has built a reputation for bold flavours inspired by Saiphin’s childhood growing up on her family’s farm in northern Thailand.

Saiphin Moore said: “We’re so excited to open our doors in Birmingham, our first restaurant in the Midlands, and are looking forward to becoming part of the city’s thriving food scene from 18th May.

“Our menu offers a real taste of authentic and vibrant Thai food, and we can’t wait to welcome Birmingham’s foodies very soon.”

The 50% off food bill opening offer is available from 12–3pm and 6–9pm subject to availability. Pre-booking online is essential.
