Skip hire company on recruitment drive after surge in sales

Staffordshire based D P Skip Hire is expanding its team after seeing a surge in sales.

The business is now looking to add a further six people to its team of 30.

Fuelling the recruitment drive is a 40% increase in sales growth over the past year.

As well as investing in their team, the increase in sales has also led D P Skip Hire to invest in trucks, machinery, and infrastructure.

The plans to expand the business further follow a recent team restructure, with two managers being promoted to directors. Jon Price, along with James Price who were previously managers at D P Skip Hire, have both been promoted to managing directors.

Jon Price said: “It’s fantastic to see how much the business has grown over this past year. We’ve invested in the business by adding new vehicles and machines to keep up with demand and to offer customers the best service possible.

“We’re now looking to take that investment one step further by recruiting six team members to support our continued growth – these are very exciting times for everyone at D P Skips.”
