Serviced office provider launches at landmark building

FigFlex Offices has launched into the Coventry office market at Friars House, one of three available sites in the UK.

The opening is the result of a rebrand for what used to be Fig Offices.

FigFlex offers serviced offices, co-working facilities, meeting rooms and virtual offices.

Adjacent to the new Friargate regeneration scheme, FigFlex Coventry is located within Friars House – a landmark, 11-storey, refurbished office building totalling 11,000 sq ft.

A spokesperson for FigFlex commented: “Our new offering is as much for the freelancers of Coventry as it is for established businesses seeking a new HQ. We know that regardless of their company size, people are increasingly looking beyond the basics when it comes to what their office delivers.

One existing Fig Offices customer who has transitioned to the new brand in Coventry is Joint Radio Company.

A spokesperson for JRC commented: “We have been at FigFlex Coventry for just over a year and are very happy with our decision to move here. The relocation was smooth and all the FigFlex staff are more than helpful and welcoming – nothing is too much trouble for them. The offices are clean and bright and there is a separate break out area for having lunch, informal meetings and socialising. Meeting rooms are serviced well with IT available as required. The building is well located for transport links with easy access to the town centre. There are plenty of public car parks in the area too.”

FigFlex’s Coventry location is one of three launch sites across the UK, complemented by Southgate House in Gloucester and 3 Newbridge Square in Swindon.

A further two locations will join them before the end of the year – Cherry Tree Court in Hull and Peterborough’s Lynch Wood Park.
