Plans submitted for new bar and restaurant in Brindleyplace

The former Carluccio’s restaurant in Birmingham’s Brindleyplace could be given a new lease of life after a planning application was filed with the city council.

Asana Leisure are planning to create 55 jobs at the site, which will become a bar and restaurant.

The company was set up in February this year and has one director – Nishil Nathwani, who holds several directorships at companies across the West Midlands, including The Handmade Gift Company, Enchanted Ventures and Pure Plant Packaging.

The site has been closed since last May.
