Agents appointed to market speculative offices

Agents have been appointed to search for the first tenants for a speculative built office scheme in Walsall.

Whittle Jones, agents acting on behalf of Northern Trust Company, have appointed Hexagon Commercial Property Agents and Bulleys Chartered Surveyors to work with them on the marketing of the Bentley House offices.

Bentley House forms part of the Bentley Lane Industrial Estate in Walsall which is located in an excellent location just 1 mile from Junction 10 of the M6.
